When other process servers send us work, we understand that we represent your firm.  If Rhonda or Pat fail to serve your documents according to your written instruction, your service fee will be refunded immediately.  If neccessary, the document will be re-served at no additional charge.  We ask that our fellow process servers ALWAYS provide their own Affidavit/ Return of Service Form. This is in addition to completing our Request For Service Form as thoroughly as possible.   As always, Process Server Discount.

PST users: We can "trade" papers through the Web Services Pack provided by Database Services, Inc.

We will never contact your client directly.  If this were to happen, your service fee would immediately be refunded and your document served with no additional fees.  In the rare case that you did request communication between us and your client, written authorization would be obtained first.
Upon request, special rates are available for multiple documents served at the same address (bulk).  Daily trips are made to Sarasota's most served businesses, local Law Enforcement offices, Banks, FCCI, The Zenith, Sarasota Memorial, Doctors Hospital and First Health, Inc. affiliates.
