New Payment Policy: Effective April 1st 2008 late fees will be applied to balances over 61 days past due at a rate of 1.5%.

Service attempted (and usually served) within three business days.  Three diligent attempts are made within different time frames. For more difficult subjects, of course, we cannot promise an exact service time frame.
Status to client sent if not served by 3rd attempt.
 
RUSH Service
We will diligently attempt to serve your document within two business days.
Pre-Authorization of Rush Fee Required.
 
SAME DAY SERVICE
This service is available after we have had a chance to discuss the case together.  A few important details need to be addressed to ensure prompt and accurate service, when time is of the essence.

Payment Terms

Like Sheriffs’ Departments and a growing number of process servers, we do request pre-payment for our services. This practice not only keeps fees lower, it helps alleviate the need to generate invoices and monthly statements. Our policy is to consult with you prior to conducting additional billable services. All Invoices are DUE UPON RECEIPT unless alternate billing terms are predetermined. Late fees will apply to balances carried over 60 days.

Multiple Addresses

From time to time we may not locate your subject at the provided address.  When this occurs, we need to charge an additional address fee if you wish for us to continue service.  We can assist you in locating a new address, or we will wait patiently while you touch base with your client.  We have many resources and experience to call upon.  Before we go any farther, we will consult with you first.  No surprises or hidden fees.
