*For our clients calling from outside the State of Florida, base rates are slightly higher. Rates remain competitive and quality of service is never compromised. Fees include Notary requirements and completion of out of state Affidavits.

Service Guidelines
 
Routine Service:
Service attempted (and usually served) within three business days. Three diligent attempts are made at different times of day. For more difficult subjects, of course, we can’t promise an exact service time frame.
 
Rush Service:
First attempt within 24 hours of receipt of documents. We will diligently attempt to serve your documents within two business days. Pre-Authorization of RUSH fee required.
 
Same Day Service:
We will do our very best, with multiple attempts included, to get your documents served the same business day. We will need to discuss the timing and details before affecting this type of service due to the obvious time constraints.
